Air Force PT Calculator

This USAF PT calculator scores the 2026 fitness test: 2-mile run by age and gender, plus WHtR. Push-ups and sit-ups still belong on the form because that is how people search. The 1.5-mile run is the old test.

What about the 1.5-mile Air Force PT test?

That was the previous PFA. This air force fitness test calculator does not score 1.5-mile times as 2026 official points. If your unit is still in a diagnostic window, confirm the chart they are using. Official scored testing under the new tables is set for 1 September 2026.

Air Force PT FAQ

What is the Air Force PT test?

In 2026 the scored test is the Physical Fitness Assessment / PFRA: a 2-mile run or HAMR (50 points), waist-to-height ratio (20), a strength event such as push-ups (15), and a core event such as sit-ups or plank (15). The old 1.5-mile, push-up, sit-up trio is not the current test of record.

What is a passing Air Force fitness score?

Composite 75 out of 100, and at least 60% in each component: 30 cardio, 12 WHtR, 9 strength, 9 core. Scored testing under the new charts begins 1 September 2026 after a diagnostic window.

Is there a USAF PT calculator for the 1.5-mile run?

The 1.5-mile run is the previous standard. This Air Force PT calculator scores the 2026 2-mile tables. Push-up and sit-up reps are collected so you can compare to DAFMAN 36-2905; this page does not invent the full 0-15 charts.

Does this replace usafptcalculator?

No. That brand gets branded-search traffic. This page is for generic queries (air force pt calculator, air force fitness test calculator, usaf pt calculator) that want a current 2026 answer without an app.
